		<description>Lots of bad news, maybe more to come, a quote from Canadian news source said prices to decline another 30%, I'll be down in Scotts Dale the first week in April looking for a two bedroom condo and a 10 % cap rate. I think it's a good time to buy. O and I agree with the stuff above
